I'm Chris
I'm Chris, a certified professional career coach and seasoned talent advisor. My journey began with uncertainty after leaving the Navy. Unsure of my path, I found myself selling cars at a friend's dealership.
Despite reservations, I excelled, eventually becoming a sales manager and finance director. Yet, life's twists led me to Manhattan's bustling streets, where I transitioned into project management, navigating the complexities of Wall Street. However, a sudden job loss left me grappling with homelessness, a humbling experience that fueled my determination to rebuild and redefine success.
Transforming Setbacks into Success
Adversity proved to be my greatest teacher. As a recruiter, my first triumph came in the form of placing a COBOL two programmer, a rare find in the healthcare sector, just before the holidays. His gratitude ignited a passion within me to empower individuals through career transitions.
Each setback, from job loss to housing insecurity, served as a catalyst for growth, reinforcing my commitment to guiding others toward fulfillment and resilience.

Since 2016, the mantra of "Forward" has been my guiding light. It emerged from a poignant moment with my wife while packing our children's things up during an eviction. .
From that moment, I vowed to help others navigate life's challenges with courage and conviction. .
I’m a faith driven man and I believe in using our gifts to help others thrive. Through certifications, consistent learning , and features on television, podcast and radio, I've sought to live and share this ethos, empowering others to embrace their journey with confidence and purpose.
